End-to-end redesign of MDirector’s B2C SaaS platform, an email marketing tool used by companies and professionals to create, manage, and analyze digital campaigns. Over a 9-month period, the project focused on a comprehensive UX optimization to help users better understand, purchase, and manage services in a clearer, more autonomous, and efficient way. The redesign addressed key areas such as information architecture, accessibility, user flows, interaction, and product discovery, resulting in a coherent experience that simplifies complex processes, reduces support dependency, and improves funnel performance—laying the foundations for a scalable, growth-oriented platform.
Strategic redesign of Pangea’s digital experience and web architecture, in collaboration with Cloud District. The project focused on redefining Pangea’s digital strategy and structuring a new web architecture capable of supporting growth, improving content understanding, navigation, and conversion. My role combined UX consultancy and senior product design, working closely with stakeholders to simplify complexity, organize a large volume of content, and place people at the center of the experience.
Orange Bank was a fully digital bank launched in Spain with the challenge of building a complete banking experience from scratch in record time. The mobile app allowed customers to manage everyday banking operations, track expenses, make transfers, pay with Apple Pay, manage cards, and receive personalized support through in-app chat. I joined the project from its early stages as a Senior Product Designer, contributing to the design of key banking products and helping shape a clear, consistent, and scalable digital banking experience in a highly complex and regulated environment.
The remodeling of Plaza de España was one of the most significant citizen participation processes promoted by the City of Madrid’s Department of Urban Planning. Through the digital platform Decide Madrid, the objective was to redefine one of the city’s most emblematic urban spaces using an open, transparent, and citizen-driven decision-making model, placing public participation at the core of the process. I led the project as Project Manager, responsible for the conceptualization of the initiative, the definition of the participatory framework, and the coordination of development alongside a multidisciplinary team of collaborators.
Design of Iryo’s new digital sales platform in a 5-month delivery. I worked on the definition and design of the new train platform for the Spanish market: Iryo. The key differentiator of the project was multimodality, enabling users to combine train journeys with other transportation modes within a single integrated ticket.
